Pursuant to verdict, defendant, Jesse W. Rowland, was adjudged guilty of driving while his operator's license had been revoked under the provisions of Neb.Rev. Stat. § 39-669.07(c) (Supp.1987), and was thus, for a period of 15 years, not privileged "to drive any motor vehicle in the State of Nebraska for any purpose...." He was subsequently sentenced to imprisonment for a period of not less than 20 months nor more than 5 years. Rowland asserts...
