OPINION

COHEN, Justice.

A jury found appellant guilty of the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and after finding two enhancement allegations to be true, assessed punishment at 75 years imprisonment.

Appellant contends the evidence is insufficient to prove he "operated" the vehicle, as required by Tex.Penal Code Ann. section 31.07(a) (Vernon 1974). The only evidence that appellant operated the vehicle...
