The appellant, plaintiff below, challenges the trial court's dismissal of the complaint based on its determination that jurisdiction is preempted by the Illinois Franchise Act. We disagree with the trial court's finding that the contract between the parties is a franchise agreement subject to the Illinois statute, and reverse.
