Defendant, Daniel R. Ramos, pleaded guilty in the circuit court of Rock Island County to the offense of residential burglary and was sentenced to four years' imprisonment. Following his arrest on that charge, defendant had been released from custody on a $50,000 recognizance bond with home detention a condition of the bond.
