Plaintiffs-appellees Dennis and Suzanne Desy sued defendant-appellant Charles E. Rhue seeking damages for injuries caused by the negligent operation of a motor vehicle by defendant Randy Rhue. Appellees also sued Team Ford on the same theory. Both Randy Rhue and Team Ford settled with appellees, for $20,000 and $60,000, respectively.
