Duane Schaeffer appeals from a judgment of conviction based upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of mistreating animals in violation of section 36-21.1-02, N.D.C.C.1 Imposition of sentence was deferred for a period of eighteen months, subject to certain conditions. We affirm.
