MEYERS, Justice.

Appellant, Vincent Edward Baker, was convicted in a trial to the jury of the offense of aggravated sexual assault. See TEX. PENAL CODE ANN. § 22.021 (Vernon 1989). Appellant was found guilty by the jury and punishment was assessed by the court at seventy-five years confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections.1 In three points of error appellant claims that the trial court erred in overruling...
