Defendant has appealed from the judgment of the district court which affirmed the judgment of the county court in favor of the plaintiff. We dismiss the appeal.

The county court judgment was entered on December 22,1987. A motion for a new trial was filed on December 31, 1987, and was overruled on January 12, 1988. The notice of appeal was filed in county court on February 12, 1988. This, of course, was
