HENDERSON, Justice.

Gregory Scott Gallipo (Gallipo) appeals his convictions for two counts of first degree rape. We affirm.

FACTS

Victim, age 26, lived in Aberdeen, South Dakota. On the evening of October 25, 1988, victim and her friend Sharlene went out for dinner at a restaurant in Aberdeen.
