Aviation Oil Company (Aviation) appeals from a judgment entered by the Superior Court (Kennebec County, Brody, C.J.) affirming a clean-up order issued to Aviation by the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and affirmed and adopted by the Board of Environmental Protection (Board) pursuant to the Underground Oil Storage Facilities and Ground Water Protection Act (the Act), 38 M.R.S.A. §§ 561-570 (1989 & Supp.1990).
