Texas prisoner Edward E. Wesson instituted this civil rights action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against two named Texas Department of Corrections employees and "others unknown." Proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis, Wesson raises claims of excessive use of force and denial of medical treatment, and seeks 120 million dollars in damages, as well as other relief, for the defendants' alleged violations of his constitutional rights...
