PER CURIAM:

Appellant, Wayne Curry (Curry), appeals from his convictions of attempted manslaughter, battery with a deadly weapon, battery with intent to kill, battery causing substantial bodily harm and simple battery. The attempted manslaughter conviction is reversed. The remaining convictions are affirmed.
