Mid-South Bottling Company appeals a judgment based on a jury finding that it terminated Jeff Cigainero as an employee because he filed a workers' compensation claim against the company. The company maintains that the trial court erred by allowing the jury to take a portion of a deposition into the jury deliberation room.
