John Edwin Colclasure was convicted by a jury of robbery and of using a firearm in the commission of robbery, "this being a second or subsequent offense." He contends that the trial court erred: (1) in receiving into evidence a certified copy of an order of his prior conviction of the firearm charge; (2) in refusing to order separate trials for the robbery and firearm charges; and (3) in refusing to declare a mistrial
