Defendant Perez, found guilty by jury verdict of conspiracy to distribute marijuana, La.R.S. 14:26 and La.R.S. 40:966, and possession of marijuana over 60 but less than 2000 pounds, R.S. 40:966(E)(1), was sentenced to two consecutive ten year terms.
