This is a summary judgment case. Appellant, Dinah Bowman, sued appellees, Holmes, Easley & Glover Claim Managers, Inc., Charter General Agency, Inc., and Mike Glover, alleging negligent and intentional infliction of mental anguish, gross negligence and fraud.
