Elzie Hawkins appeals a final judgment rendered in favor of defendant/appellees, Joe and Janie Williams, and against appellant based upon a jury verdict finding that Hawkins had not sustained a permanent injury or disfigurement as a result of an automobile/pedestrian accident.
