BRYNER, Chief Judge.

David W. Jacobson was convicted of theft in the second degree, burglary in the second degree, escape in the second degree, and misconduct involving a weapon in the first degree. Superior Court Judge Rodger W. Pegues sentenced Jacobson to an aggregate term of seven years.
