Ezeiruaku ("Ezeiruaku"), was arrested by Customs Officers and charged with violating 31 U.S.C. §§ 5316(a)(1)(A) and 5322(a) for failing to report currency in excess of $10,000. His arrest was the product of the Customs Officers' "buck stop" operation which included a search of the defendant's briefcase and a secret search...
