SEERDEN, Justice.

A jury found appellant, Jesse Borrego, guilty of aggravated assault, that both enhancement paragraphs in the indictment were true and that appellant used a deadly weapon during the commission of the offense. Appellant's punishment was set at seventy-five years' confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
