Appellant Oscar Christopher Schaeffer was convicted of first degree criminal sexual conduct by a jury in Kandiyohi County District Court. Appellant claims he was deprived of his right to a fair trial because the trial court: (1) admitted the results of his polygraph test into evidence; and (2) admitted his coerced confession into evidence.
