(Scandia), and U.S. Fire Insurance Company (U.S. Fire), appealed the judgment of the trial court in favor of co-defendant, Ceramic Cooling Tower Company (Ceramic), granting its motion for summary judgment and holding that Scandia and U.S. Fire were required to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Ceramic against the claims of plaintiff, Liem.
