Thomas Martin Spoerri, the defendant, was charged with three counts of sexual abuse upon a child, K.G. The jury found the defendant guilty on all counts and he was sentenced to life imprisonment on both Counts I and II (consecutive 25-year minimum terms as to both counts) and two-and-one-half years on Count III to run consecutive with the sentences on Counts I and II.
