GRANTED. On December 24, 1985, Rosemary Forbes' two sons were killed when her mobile home was destroyed by fire. On January 17, 1986, she timely instituted a wrongful death suit against Universal Manufacturing Company (Universal) in U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Louisiana, alleging negligence, failure to warn, and strict liability in regards to the manufacture of the mobile home.
