Susan Gail and Richard Winemiller were married in 1981. They have one child, Henry, born on December 14, 1982. The parties separated in 1985. On October 25, 1985, Richard was charged with first-degree murder. He was convicted and sentenced in May, 1986, and is currently serving a life sentence. The parties' marriage was dissolved by decree on October 20, 1986. The decree awarded custody of Henry to Susan, subject to reasonable visitation by Richard...
