YETKA, Justice.

William Drieman, defendant, appeals from a conviction of murder in the first degree for causing the death of 3-year-old Corey McDougall while committing criminal sexual conduct and a conviction of murder in the second degree for causing the death of Corey McDougall while committing an assault. Defendant was convicted after a jury trial in St. Louis County District Court. We affirm the conviction.
