DRAUGHN, Justice.

This is an action for reformation of a divorce decree based on an agreed property settlement. The divorce decree, in accordance with the agreement of the parties, awarded the appellee-wife fifty percent of her husband's total retirement benefits commencing on the date of his retirement. The appellant-husband, alleging mutual mistake, argues that the trial court erroneously failed to reform the decree so as to limit the wife's part...
