Defendants Hays Morgan and Joseph Bourgeois were charged by information with possession of cocaine. Both filed motions to quash their arrests and suppress evidence. At the hearing on Bourgeois' motion, the court indicated that its ruling would be equally applicable to Morgan's motion.
