Appellant corporations appeal from a summary judgment, arguing the trial court erred by determining they were not properly dissolved in accordance with statutory procedures. The trial court determined that because appellants were not properly dissolved, the respondent Department of Human Services could pursue its claims against appellants for alleged medical assistance overpayments.
