Ruth Larabee, respondent, sued Delorea Washington for injuries sustained in an automobile accident which occurred February 19, 1988. A jury returned a verdict in favor of respondent and awarded her $100,000 in damages. Washington appeals contending there was error in the damage instruction, that the amount allowed as damages was excessive and that prejudgment interest...
