When we amended Rule 12 of the Rules of the Arkansas Supreme Court and Court of Appeals by per curiam delivered May 15, 1989, we changed the paper size for transcripts to 8½ × 11" paper. In doing so, we reduced the number of typed lines per page to 22, and continued the practice of fastening the record at the top of the page.
