Ordered that the order and judgment is affirmed, with costs.

After a trial limited to the issue of liability, the jury found the defendant 75% at fault in the happening of the accident which caused the plaintiff's injuries. The trial court set aside the jury's verdict, finding that the plaintiff had failed to make out a prima facie case of the defendant's actual or constructive notice of the alleged dangerous condition....
