Plaintiff, Georgia McLaughlin, filed suit for Review of Employee Dismissal and Damages, alleging that the Jefferson Parish School Board illegally and improperly dismissed her as a tenured school bus operator. After a trial on the merits, the trial court rendered judgment in favor of the defendant, School Board, and against Ms. McLaughlin, upholding the School Board's decision to terminate plaintiff's employment and dismissing with prejudice her demand...
