Judgment unanimously affirmed.

Memorandum:

Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him, following a jury trial, of murder in the second degree (Penal Law § 125.25 [1]) and burglary in the first degree (Penal Law § 140.30 [2]) for unlawfully entering the home of Randy Neal during the early morning hours of June 2, 1986 and slitting his throat with a knife as he lay in his bed.
