BOWES, Judge.
The present appeal was perfected by the appellant and party in interest, Louisiana Insurance Guaranty Association (hereinafter LIGA) from a declaratory judgment finding that a policy issued by Champion Insurance Company (hereinafter Champion) did cover a vehicle owned and driven by the defendant, Mrs. Beverly Parrazzo, on the date of the accident in this case.
