The conservator of Jean Wesson Murray has filed a petition for estate planning under G.L.c. 201, § 38 (1988 ed.),1 by which he seeks to amend Murray's 1979 trust. Jean Wesson Murray (Murray) was residing in Connecticut at the time of the hearing on the petition. She was then eighty years of age and suffering from Alzheimer's disease....
