HASTINGS, Chief Justice.
This is an appeal brought by the State through the county attorney for Seward County, pursuant to Neb.Rev.Stat. § 29-2315.01 (Reissue 1989). The State argues that the sentence imposed by the distric court is not authorized by Neb.Rev. Stat. § 28-105(2) (Reissue 1985) and that the reduced sentence imposed by the district court is not authorized by Neb.Rev. Stat. § 29-2308.01 (Reissue 1989).
