Pursuant to a plea agreement, appellant John Lower pleaded guilty to a single count of delivery of a controlled substance, in violation of W.S. 35-7-1031(a)(ii) and 35-7-1014(d)(xiii). Although the trial court initially suspended execution of a one to three year sentence and placed appellant on probation, the original sentence was soon reinstated following revocation proceedings.
