OVARD, Justice.

James Edward Perryman was convicted by a jury of aggravated sexual assault and sentenced to ninety-nine years' confinement and a $10,000 fine. In five points of error, Perryman challenges the sufficiency of the evidence; the constitutionality of section 22.021 of the Texas Penal Code; and the trial court's rulings on his request to include a jury instruction on the lesser included offense of sexual assault, his objection to the testimony...
