This is an appeal of the appointment of Torey LeRuth, the mother, as tutrix, and Warren LeRuth, the grandfather, as undertutor, to the property of the minors, Chelsey and Danica LeRuth. Each appeals the other's appointment. For the reasons hereafter stated, we affirm the trial court ruling and remand the case for further proceeding.
