OPINION

PAUL PRESSLER, Justice.

Appellant was indicted of the felony offense of burglary of a vehicle. Tex.Penal Code Ann. § 30.04. The jury found him guilty and assessed punishment at five years probation and a fine of $5000. We affirm.
