This is an appeal from the district court for Douglas County, Nebraska. Plaintiff-appellant, Janice K. Caudill, claims unemployment compensation benefits under the Nebraska Employment Security Law, Neb. Rev.Stat. §§ 48-601 to 48-671 (Reissue 1988).
