LAGARDE, Justice.

Linda Keetch, (hereinafter "Keetch"), appeals from a take nothing judgment rendered by the trial court in favor of the Kroger Company, (hereinafter "Kroger"). Keetch sued Kroger for injuries sustained as a result of a slip and fall accident. In six points of error, Keetch complains that the trial court erred in submitting the charge as drafted, and in excluding certain evidence, and that the jury's answer to the damages question...
