OPINION

ORME, Judge:

This is an appeal by plaintiff Brenda Major Weber1 challenging interlocutory and final orders setting aside a default judgment in favor of plaintiff and dismissing defendant Snyderville West ("Snyderville") as a party to an action to quiet title to real property. This appeal primarily focuses on the sufficiency of service of process on Snyderville.
