McEvoy Travel Bureau, Inc. (McEvoy), brought this action against Norton Company (Norton) in the Superior Court alleging breach of contract, fraud, and unfair and deceptive trade practices in violation of G.L.c. 93A, §§ 2 (a) and 11 (1988 ed.).
