OPINION

CHAPA, Justice.

Appellant1 was indicted for the offense of burglary of a habitation with intent to commit sexual assault. Appellant entered a plea of guilty before the court. He was found guilty of the offense as charged in the indictment and was sentenced to forty five (45) years' imprisonment.
