Plaintiff brought this action seeking compensation for property damage caused to his automobile by defendant's allegedly negligent driving. The trial judge held that plaintiff had failed to disclose an expert witness in violation of Supreme Court Rule 220 (107 Ill.2d R. 220) and barred him from introducing expert testimony regarding damages, thus entitling defendant to summary judgment...
