Plaintiffs commenced this action seeking damages for personal injuries suffered by plaintiff Roberta Rinaldo when the windshield of plaintiffs' car was shattered by a golf ball. Plaintiffs were traveling on Route 219 in the vicinity of the 11th hole of the Springville Country Club.
