Plaintiff-appellant, Armor Research Company manufactures and distributes industrial chemicals, cleaners, lubricants, solvents and disinfectants. Keith Mesarvey, formerly a sales supervisor for Hill Chemical Company, was hired by Armor to recruit experienced sales personnel.
