Defendant Billy Richard Glaze was found guilty by a jury of three counts of first degree murder and three counts of second degree murder for intentionally killing three women while committing perimortem sexual assaults and was sentenced to three consecutive terms of life imprisonment. On appeal, Glaze seeks either an outright reversal on the ground the evidence was insufficient or a new trial because of the cumulative effect of trial errors...
